HERR Presented with PA Export Award from Governor Ridge

HERR Industrial, Inc., of Lancaster, will receive the Governor's Export Excellence award, to be presented during the 1999 PA International Trade Week, later this month. HERR, a mechanical contractor that specializes in custom paint finishing systems, is one of the twelve recipients chosen from three industry categories.
Govener Ridge's Export Excellence Award is presented to reward and recognize the accomplishments of Pennsylvania's leading export companies, their commitment to seek new markets, and seek strategic alliances that help put Pennsylvania on the map as a world-class place to live, work, raise a family, and run a business. "We are honored to chosen. Pennsylvania has so many strong companies. It's rewarding that HERR is recognized as one of the best." said Tom Herr, Vice President and General Manager at HERR. "We are proud to support the state of Pennsylvania and it's efforts to export. We're looking ahead to a bright future, where we will compete in a global economy, and at the same time drive business, provide employment, and enhance the economy in our own neighborhoods".
