To maintain project continuity, HERR’s Project Managers will be involved with your project from beginning to end. Our Project Manager will act as the primary contact; prepare and update the project schedule; oversee HERR personnel and subcontractors for quality of workmanship and adherence to specifications; field and resolve any questions or concerns you may have regarding your project; process change orders; and prepare progress reports.
