Powder Coating Systems
Powder coating is a dry finishing process in which a powder paint is applied by spray or dip to the surface of the part then heat cured to melt and flow resulting in an attractive, durable, high-quality finish. The powder coating process is environmentally friendly; no solvents are used to transport the powder, little or no volatile organic compound (VOC) is released into the air and residual powder can be disposed as a non-hazardous solid.

Liquid Spray Systems
Liquid coatings use liquid as the medium to deliver paint solids to the product surface. The liquid is then evaporated in the curing process resulting in an adhered paint film. The biggest advantages of liquid coatings is the ability to efficiently mix and match a wide variety of colors at your facility and then easily change colors during production runs.

Electrocoating Systems
The electrocoating process is an organic, water-based dip coating method that uses electrical current to deposit paint onto an electrically conductive part, similar to the plating process. Although its greatest application is coating parts requiring a high degree of corrosion protection, e-coat can also be a cost-effective solution for high production of parts that drain well and benefit from a high racking density and even film build.
